Our Featured Pet...

LINUS AND/OR TIGGER Linus the Bichon Frise and Poodle Mix and his security blanket Tigger the Shar Pei and Boxer mix, need homes before the warm weather hits. They can go together or individually. Linus is afraid of children Tigger is not. both are good with cats and other dogs large and small. They are housebroken and ride in the car. They work on leashes and like to go places. They know how to sit and shake and Linus will dance. Tigger is blind in the right eye from an old infection. Tigger is just under a year old about 10 months old and Linus is just about a year old. Linus likes to climb on the furniture when no one is looking. He is not snuggly and cuddly but does like to be gently petted on his terms. ( I've tried to convince him he has to be cute and cuddly, but he will have none of it! ). He has a nice soft coat and would really like someone who can appreciate him for who he is and doesn't have preconceived notions of what a poodle should be like, Or what a dog that looks like a manatee should be like either! Tigger can climb a 4 foot fence so must be contained with a backyard with 6 foot fence and he would do better with a doggie door.Tigger is afraid of fans. unfortunaitely where he lives has 4 fans in the same room! poor guy doesn't even want to come in with the heat! Both are wonderful gentle boys. Both will make great lifetime companions. Please consider taking them home either together or individually. Please contact the rescue at pangaya@msn.com for more info on Linus and Tigger. Both will be at the ADOPTATHON at Petsmart at 25372 N Lake Pleasant Rd. Peoria AZ 85383 from 11Am -3PM Fri, Sat, and Sun, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of May 2009. Please come!
